MODIFIED
TRADITIONAL FORMAT (warm-up; compete): Meets in which the open stretch,
timed warm-ups and competition are conducted in one gym in which there is
only one set of apparatus. The timed warm-ups immediately precede
competition on each event (this format eliminates the requirement of a
30-second touch warm-up). |
